At Soundgear Australia we are committed to providing our customers with the best products, services and prices. Please take the time to read our terms and conditions as they relate to our company policy and procedures. 

When purchasing goods with Soundgear Australia you expressly acknowledge and understand that upon approval of your credit card or other payment method, you will have completed your purchase and you will be charged with the purchase amount. 

Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 7 days.

• Items that require assembly, once assembled, cannot be returned.
• Requested ‘Special Order’ items are not returnable. 
• Batteries and headphones are not returnable. 
• We will only exchange a product, we do not refund. 

To return an item you must call for prior approval. All merchandise purchased from Soundgear Australia is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer or distributor. 

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature / instructions / documentation and blank warranty cards. 

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. Place items in a separate box and return, Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. If any of the above conditions are not met, Soundgear Australia reserves the right to refuse the return. 

In the case of goods arriving faulty or damaged in transit, please contact Soundgear Australia for advice on warranty instructions. Soundgear Australia will only refund or exchange goods if the product is faulty. Soundgear Australia will not offer a refund or exchange for any goods that have been opened or show sign of use unless deemed dead-on-arrival (D.O.A.) 

If there is a warranty issue, please call us. If the goods are deemed faulty and require service or replacement, we will attend to the case promptly upon receiving your enquiry. In some cases, it may be a requirement to send the goods back to the manufacturer/importer our directly back to us. Any freighting charges to return goods will have to be incurred by the purchaser.

Payments by Direct Deposit 
You may pay for items by using direct deposit. Anyone can make a direct deposit payment, no special facilities are required, and it’s fast, convenient and free. Our bank details will be forwarded automatically when you place your order. 

Credit Cards 
We accept major credit cards, Visa and MasterCard as payment for local orders. 
Because of the anonymity nature of the Internet we may at times ask for further identification to verify your order. Credit cards attract an additional 1.2% for processing.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods leave our warehouse. Our order form allows you to elect to have the goods insured against loss in transit at your cost – otherwise loss of goods in transit is at your own risk. This is subject to and does not limit any rights you might have against any party in relation to the carriage of the goods, such as any rights against the carrier. 

Damaged Goods 
All claims for damaged or missing goods in transit must be filed with the carrier concerned. This does not in any way limit any rights you may otherwise have – eg against us under a warranty claim. 

Freight Charges within Australia 
Soundgear Australia will do their very best, to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. We use an integrated network of post and road companies like StarTrack, TNT, Go Logistics, and Australia Post to deliver Australia wide.

Freight charges to W.A /N.T/Far North QLD, Regional and Rural areas: Additional charges to those listed may apply. Please contact us for a quote. If you place an order and we can’t get it to you for the freight charged we will contact you and let you know of the additional charges. Oversize items such as sports packs may also incur additional charges to those calculated at checkout.

Sending to Residential Addresses: For all residential deliveries an additional $27.50 Inc-GST may also be charged for certain brands (Mipro, Bosch, Earthworks, Alfatron, FBT, Antari). If we cannot express Post it and it needs to go with a courier service, the additional residential fee will apply.  If you have placed an order online we will contact you if this additional charge applies. Please feel free to call us on 02 9585 8687 to check the freight charge.

• Regular post has no insurance for orders over $100.00. We can arrange Insurance should you want this option.

• Deliveries by courier to a commercial address require signature upon delivery.

• Deliveries by courier to residential address normally require signature upon delivery. Please provided us with an “ATL” (authority to leave goods) in a safe area like porch, front door etc should you not be home to sign. Please leave us a note at check out advising us of an “ATL”

• If sending within the same state with Aus Post delivery times are up to 2 days, country up to 5. If sending interstate with Aus Post, delivery times are up to 3-6 days depending on destination points.

•We do not ship outside Australia
