Freight Charges within Australia
Soundgear Australia will do their very best, to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. We use an integrated network of post and road companies like StarTrack, TNT, Go Logistics, and Australia Post to deliver Australia wide. We will do our best to ship as quick as possible.

Sending to Residential Addresses:
- For all residential deliveries an additional $15.00 Inc-GST may also be charged for certain brands (Mipro, Bosch, Earthworks, Alfatron, FBT, Antari).
- If we cannot express Post it and it needs to go with a courier service, the additional residential fee will apply.
- If you have placed an order online we will contact you if this additional charge applies. Please feel free to call us on 02 9585 8687 to check the freight charge.
Deliveries to residential address need an “ATL” (authority to leave goods)
- Please leave us a note at check out advising us of an “ATL” ie/porch, front door etc should you not be home to sign.

By integrating Auracast™ broadcasting with advanced technologies, we provide smooth, stable audio transmission that faithfully reproduces the original source, regardless of the listening environment (auditorium, cinema, airport, outdoor concert, etc…).
Designed for universal accessibility, Auracast™ allows direct broadcasting to an unlimited number of Bluetooth wireless headsets, hearing aids, earbuds and cochlear implants.
East to Use! Connect to the AuraGate through your smartphone by choosing your Auracast™ channel or by scanning the available QR code!
AuraGate is easy to install on a wall, ceiling, behind a screen or under a piece of furniture. Simply screw on its safety mounting bracket and clip the AuraGate on! Power the AuraGate using the included power supply. On start-up, set the terminal to engineer mode and connect your AuraConnect application to the terminal. Configure the broadcast name, audio quality, range and, if required, an access code, and you're ready to go! If you've chosen a code connection, share the code and QR code with the room manager, or print it out.
