Soundgear Australia offered a prompt online service that saw my equipment delivered and a friendly voice on the end of the phone to help me set up once it all arrived. Most appreciated.

Soundgear took everything into consideration to give us the cleanest sound for the size and type of room and they understand the needs of our fitness instructors. We can really pump it up with out annoying noise or lagging bass and instructor vocals are clean and clear. We have an awesome system that caters specifically to our needs and the after sales service is excellent – even though we operate in Victoria. Couldn’t be happier with the fit out and service!!!

Luke from Soundgear was recommended to us by a very reputable gym equipment supplier that we have dealt with for a number of years. Initially we were uncertain of exactly what we required for our Spin class studio. Luke explained all our options and at no time did he push us to consider the most expensive alternative. From the very first contact with Luke right up until today Luke's service and response to our questions and needs has been outstanding. Luke assisted us with the setting up of our new Spin Studio once our decision was made and the purchase of the new Soundgear equipment happened. Luke was there to iron out all our teething problems and ensure that the launch of our first week of classes went without any dramas. As a celebrant I am more than impressed with the Chiayo Pro and the advice and help given to me by Luke and Tina. Living in Far North Queensland I was concerned that being so distant, may have been an obstacle with the purchase, but this was certainly not the case. The quick delivery and instructions were most appreciated. Have used it by a lake in quite "breezy" conditions, with not a problem. Even the wedding DJ was impressed - particularly with the clarity. There were close to 130 guests, so I would always recommend Soundgear after the service given and my experience.

We have been dealing with Sound Gear for a few years now and at all times you have been extremely courteous and helpful. We have a large Yoga Studio and rely on the sound equipment to be in perfect condition to be able to conduct the classes. In a recent episode when the mike was not working you went out of your way to organise a replacement mike and also patiently assisted on the phone to get the frequency right.
