The TOA VM3240VA is a zone paging amplifier that can be mounted in an EIA-Standard equipment rack (3-unit size).
TOA VM3240VA zone paging amplifier comes with audio inputs including the background music input, and the speaker output section which has an internal attenuator and 6-output selector. It permits not only general-purpose broadcast, but also Emergency broadcast based on the EN60849 Standard which gives pre-recorded voice instructions in the emergency situation.
Emergency broadcast can be made from an optional RM300MF Fireman's Microphone as well as from the amplifier, and can be remotely controlled from external equipment. In addition, the unit features the surveillance function which automatically checks the system for failures.
Optional Microphone Accessories include: Emergency remote microphones RM-300MF / RM-320F.
Remote Microphones RM-200M / RM-210.
Continuously TOA brings the knowledge gained from years of experience in the development and production of sound and security
systems, which is reflected in the high reliability of many installations worldwide.
The VM-3000 series is a cost-effective integrated public address and voice alarm system engineered with powerful digital signal processor (DSP). It is designed to fulfil the EN 54 European regulation for voice alarm as well as the UL 2572 and CAN/ULC-S576 certification, which complies with new NFPA 72 code governing Mass Notification Systems.
So the VM-3000 series not only ensures voice alarm in an emergency but also high quality audio broadcasting. The compact design enables the system to fit best in various small to medium sized applications such as schools, shopping centres or restaurants.
